Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the practices that are not permitted on Longpoint. It supplements the Terms of Service. By using the product you agree to follow these rules. Effective date: 2026-05-08.
Use the product on yourself
Longpoint is a tool for personal long-term reflection. Use it for your own arc, your own decade, your own projects. Generating trajectories or reels about other identifiable people without their informed consent is not allowed. If you discuss other people in your prompts, anonymize identifying details (real names, addresses, employers, dates of birth, medical conditions). When in doubt, leave them out.
No content involving minors
Do not generate or attempt to generate content that targets, depicts, or otherwise concerns minors (anyone under eighteen) in a sexualized, exploitative, or behaviorally manipulative way. This includes prompts about real children you know and prompts that name or describe specific minors. We will terminate accounts that violate this rule and will report illegal content to the authorities.
No manipulation of others
Longpoint is not a tool for manipulating, deceiving, or coercing other people. Do not use it to draft persuasion scripts, scams, social-engineering content, harassment campaigns, fake reviews, or content meant to misrepresent who you are. Do not use it to mass-generate content that pretends to be from an institution you do not represent.
Do not pose as a licensed practitioner
Longpoint outputs are creative interpretations and not professional advice. Do not present yourself, or present Longpoint, as a doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer, accountant, financial professional, real-estate professional, or any other regulated practitioner. Do not republish Longpoint outputs as if they were a clinical opinion or a regulated recommendation, and do not deliver them to clients in a way that suggests they are.
No regulated decision-making for others
Do not use Longpoint to make consequential decisions about other people: hiring, firing, lending, insurance, immigration, housing, credit, or admission. Even if you adapt the output, the underlying generative process is not appropriate for these decisions and will produce results that look more authoritative than they are.
No infringing content
Do not submit prompts that you do not have the right to use. Do not generate content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy. Do not submit confidential information that does not belong to you.
No security probing
Do not attempt to probe, scan, fingerprint, exploit, or disrupt our infrastructure or the foundation models behind it. Do not submit prompts designed to extract training data, jailbreak the model, or bypass safety filters. Do not use automated traffic to drain credits or distort metrics.
No spam, no hate, no illegal content
Do not use Longpoint to generate spam, hate speech, slurs, content that incites violence, content that sexualizes minors, content depicting real-world violence in graphic detail, or anything illegal under U.S. federal or Florida state law. Do not use the service to generate disinformation about elections, public-health emergencies, or natural disasters.
Reporting and enforcement
If you see something on Longpoint that violates this Policy, report it to support@longpoiint.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. We may share account information with law enforcement when we have a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary.
Updates
We may update this Policy with prospective effect; the latest version always governs. Continued use after publication is acceptance.
